Independent Living with Help From Us

mission

Residents at Trinities Group will be cared for by skilled, medically-knowledgeable caregivers. Our own experience, based on years of caring for adult patients, is to support young people seeking supported living.

Our mission is to provide person- centred support that is tailored to each individual’s needs and to always work closely with families of the residents, commissioners and professionals in achieving the agreed goals.

Program

We offer the opportunity for individuals to learn new skills, become more independent and try new experiences and to ensure our residents are involved within the local community. We provide a full itinerary of in-house activities, such as craft sessions, music therapy or sensory sessions, as we aim to encourage individuals to remain as an active members of the community.

Vision

Our vision is to empower our residents by enabling them to choose who provides their support. Our service is available for young adults 16+ with learning difficulties and complex needs. We work closely with private organisations and the local authority, Peterborough City Council which will be consulted by Cambridgeshire County Council to understand and develop a suitable care plan for individuals who are in demand for accommodation. We aim to encourage a healthy lifestyle that promotes choice and independence.
